Transformación laboral, innovación social y competencias digitales: retos para la educación superior

Resumen

La transformación digital ha modificado las formas de organización del trabajo y ha generado nuevas demandas de competencias en los trabajadores, planteando desafíos para las instituciones de educación superior. El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar las capacidades y competencias asociadas a la transformación digital del trabajo e identificar sus principales implicaciones para la educación superior. Se desarrolló una investigación de carácter cualitativo mediante revisión de literatura especializada proveniente de investigaciones recientes sobre teletrabajo, digitalización, innovación social y capacidades humanas. El análisis permitió identificar que la transformación digital constituye un proceso en el que la tecnología interactúa con factores organizacionales, culturales y sociales, por lo que la adquisición de competencias digitales, el aprendizaje continuo y las habilidades de adaptación se convierten en elementos fundamentales para enfrentar los nuevos escenarios laborales. Asimismo, se observó que la innovación social y los modelos organizacionales flexibles favorecen la generación de capacidades orientadas a la colaboración, la sostenibilidad y la resiliencia. Se concluye que las instituciones de educación superior desempeñan un papel estratégico en la formación del talento humano requerido por los entornos laborales digitales, lo que hace necesario fortalecer enfoques educativos que integren competencias técnicas, capacidades humanas y aprendizaje permanente.
