Abstract

The Digital Transformation (DT) processes, strengthened exponentially in the COVID-19 Pandemic, have incorporated the use of digital media in all productive sectors. The changes experienced involve organizational, human, technological and socio-cultural aspects, which need to be understood in a comprehensive manner. The transformations are present in: operational decisions, state policies, consumption patterns, technological systems and platforms, planning and management. In this scenario, factors such as: participation, data and information, customer experience, digital literacy and integration of technologies are valued. Recognizing the potentialities and taking timely actions will allow driving TD for sustainability and the achievement of organizational purposes.
